Oma & Popies Marinades and Spice Blends/Rubs was started by an Idaho couple who toured the US, tasted different hot wings from across the country, and found the variety in flavor amongst them all lacking. Being hot wing experts, they decided to solve that problem and create their own marinades, wing sauces, and dry rubs. They don’t have a brick and mortar store, but if you follow their Facebook page, you can find them at all the great food events, including a booth at the Capital City Public Market.
