Join Jenn Crawford for an evening of Intentional Movement, Breathwork, and Kava. We Begin with Drinking Fresh Prepared Ceremonial Grade Kava. Kava is an herb that has been used for centuries For Relaxation. Kava is extracted from the root of the piper methysticum plant that grows in the Pacific Islands. Kava helps to remain clear headed and heart centered. This means you can focus on both breathing and the needs of your body during our yoga & Movement Practice.
Kava helps to reduce mental Stress. Yoga Has the same effects. When paired, Deep presence and relaxation is reached with little effort. Our Kava Yoga Groove practice aims to build confidence and internal peace which can lead to a better relationship with the Body, Mind & Heart.
