Meridian Independence Day Festival

The City of Meridian and Meridian Speedway have teamed up again to provide the community with a full day of Independence Day activities on Tuesday, July 4.
The festivities in Storey Park begin at 4:00 pm with family games and youth activities. Live music featuring Smooth Ave starts at 7:00 pm will play until dusk. The evening will culminate with a fireworks show at dusk.
Food trucks will be onsite including Tacos Y El Paco, Bistro Babe, Rusty Dog, Coned Darjeeling Momo, Daisy’s Italian Ice & Gelati and freshly made kettle corn.

A few things to note:
The Bark Park will close a 1/2 hour before dark to secure the necessary fireworks safety zone.
No personal fireworks are allowed in the park.
No glass containers are allowed in the park.
Roads in the park will also be closed to accommodate the fireworks safety zone, please use caution.
The limited parking within Storey Park is reserved for ADA. There will be a drop-off zone off Franklin Road.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and businesses in the area. Do not block driveways and take all trash with you.
