September 23 @ 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
An event every day that begins at 3:00 pm, repeating until September 23, 2023
Well Alpenhaus Fans, we find ourselves beginning the planning for our Oktoberfest again this year!
We’ll have the Boise Edelweiss Band and the Treasure Valley Musik Meisters here for your music entertainment!
We’ll be serving up all the traditional goodies like we do every year. Let’s hope we don’t run out of food like we did last year! You all kept us busy!
Our beer pourers will be pouring quite a list of beers. You know us…we won’t serve domestic beers, so they are all OG breweries from either Germany or Austria! For you folks that would rather have wine, we will have a red and/or a white ready for you. For the folks that are underage, don’t drink alcohol or are designated drivers, we’ll also have non-alcoholic beverages for you!
Again, if weather is shaping up to be unfavorable, we are still moving forward. We don’t stop partying. You may bring one of those smaller picnic table covers as long as there are no “walls” on it blocking other people’s views. It must measure no larger than 10’x10′. You are also responsible for making sure it stays put if winds pick up.
We’ll have a larger staff this year since we feel that you are all going to come out of the woodwork this year to help us celebrate this wonderful past time!
Remember, you can park anywhere BUT HERE. You are more than welcome to drop folks off on a close side street and then look for parking.
Also, regardless if you are freshly 21 years old or the oldest living person in the world, if you are going to drink alcohol, you MUST present a NON-EXPIRED, GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. No exceptions can be made due to the nature of the permitting required for the event and the laws that exist in the State of Idaho. We do reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, so let’s focus on having fun, being nice to each other and our staff/volunteers and making sure we all have safe rides home – not driving under the influence. Savvy?
So, get ready to dust of your Dirndl or your Lederhosen, and let’s have a great time this year! We can hardly wait!
