Snake River Concert with Lynn Tredeau & Wayne White
May 21 @ 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Come join us for an afternoon of music by these Award Winning artists at a one of a kind location. Lynn & Wayne will share with you the stories behind their original compositions and you’ll get to hear them played as they were meant to be heard, up close and personal.
There will be an opportunity to make a donation to the artists, but not required. Light appetizers are provided and feel free to bring your favorite beverage to sip while you take in the beautiful scenery of the Snake River Valley. Seating is limited, so reserve your seat soon!!
You will have an opportunity to mingle with the artists and that is what makes a small venue concert such a special experience. Additionally, you can take the music home as a souvenir because there will be CDs and Sheet Music available for sale.
Learn more about the artists-
Lynn Tredeau, an Idaho based Composer/Solo Piano artist, composes music about life’s journey. Her 8 solo piano albums, a collaborative album and many singles have received much recognition since her debut in 2015. Her fifth & sixth albums were both selected as Best Solo Piano Album of the Year at Zone Music Reporter. Other nominations include Best New Artist, Album of the Year and Best Solo Piano Album. She was honored to collaborate with Flutist Monica Williams in 2019 on an album that charted on Billboard. Lynn’s music can be heard on Pandora, SiriusXM, Spotify & many radio stations around the globe.
Wayne received his first guitar at age 12 and by 17 he had recorded two studio albums. He went on to win the 2010 Utah State Instrumental Championships for Fingerstyle Guitar and is a fan favorite at many venues around the Treasure Valley. Wayne found myself at a professional crossroads years back where the singer/songwriter thing seemed all too common and musically unchallenging. He discovered a genre of guitar playing that said more without lyrics than any he’d ever heard. Finger style guitar combines all components of a band into one arrangement and like a painting, it gives you only a title, allowing the listener the freedom to choose their own adventure without being given direction lyrically. Beautiful cascading melody, imaginative and sometimes percussive accompaniment, and fascinating alternate and open tunings, all wrapped up in one song. No pedals, no over dubbing, no obnoxious vocals. Just Wayne.
