Need a last-minute date night for Valentine’s Day? Grab your date, your ”Gal-entine”, or yourself, and join us for our “Valentine’s Day Food & Wine Pairing Class” on February 13! Jackie Elo with Amphora Wine has the perfect Valentine’s Day lineup of 6 wines and bubbles.
Enjoy the wines with a five-course dinner from Diablo & Sons ($70 value), a Boise Co-op partner. All three appetizers shown on the menu below will be served buffet-style. You will be served your main entree choice and dessert.
Please select your entrée choice when registering for this class. Seating will be family-style. Reservations close February 7 at 4 p.m.
