Gluten-Free Eating in the Magic Valley

Ditch the Salad – Try These Gluten-Free Options in the Magic Valley Instead

If your family is anything like mine, deciding where to eat out can be a struggle, and adding a dietary restriction on top of that makes it almost impossible at times. When eating out gluten-free, you can usually order a salad or a burger without a bun, and while those are both solid options, it can sometimes get… well, boring!

While some gluten-free substitutes aren’t always the healthiest option (that’s a discussion for another day), sometimes you just need a giant bowl of pasta to satisfy your craving. I’ve been there, we’ve all been there, and not being able to find a place that offers a gluten-free option of your favorite food, can be a little disheartening.

Over the last few years, Celiac disease and gluten intolerance has become more and more common and is finally seen as more than just a “trend” that you picked up on while you were in Los Angeles. Yes, I’ve been told that. Whether you eat gluten or not, having Celiac or simply a gluten intolerance is a real thing. Luckily, with growing awareness comes little “GFs” popping up on menus everywhere, even in the Magic Valley.

Being from Twin Falls myself, I love discovering new places in the area that offer gluten-free options, so I’ve rounded up a list of everything I’ve found so far, separated by the craving of course.
