Cassia Park is a 14-acre site in the heart of the Boise Bench. A popular destination for a neighborhood stroll, the park features a walking path, covered shelter, restrooms, playground, softball field, several pieces of public art, tennis courts and horseshoe pits.
The property was acquired in 1967 and it developed through matching funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Cassia Park is one of five summer Playcamp locations operated by Boise Parks & Recreation for kids age 6-12. Camps include recreational games, arts, crafts, environmental education, hands-on science projects, field trips, swimming, and opportunities to make new friends!
