Wyld Child, Boise
This new spot on Latah St. in Boise, is a fast, casual restaurant owned by the same owners as Wylder! They offer griddle burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and great vegetarian options! We tried their fried chicken sandwich, falafel burger, and waffle fries and it was absolutely delicious.
Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese, Boise
Not to be confused with Melt Food Truck, Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese delivers the ultimate hospitality and grilled cheese experience through extreme flavor combinations! They opened just in time to warm us all up this winter. They have created fun and savory combinations like their potsticker melt that was the 2013 National Grilled Cheese Invitational Winner!
Lemon Tree Co., New Boise Location
Lemon Tree Co. has been a Downtown Boise and Harris Ranch classic and is loved by many locals. So much so that they opened a new location on Parkcenter Blvd. in Boise! They serve light and fresh café with an open kitchen, making creative sandwiches, soups, salads, and fresh lemonade. They also have beers on tap and canned cocktails and wine to enjoy.
Gatsby 1920, Boise
This new speakeasy is all the rage in Downtown Boise! With a new password every day, 20’s inspired drinks, music, and clothing you will definitely need a reservation to get in. For the daily passcode call (208) 342-4800. When you visit you will take a step back into the past all in the heart of Downtown Boise!
Yonutz, Boise
Yonutz offers innovative donut and ice cream concepts! They combine ice cream and donuts to make some of the most fun, tantalizing, and outrageous desserts. When we visited, we tried the Smores milkshake – Vanilla Ice Cream, Chips Ahoy, Marshmallows, and Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup blended together with a mini donut on top AND a Birthday Cake smash donut with Birthday Cake Ice Cream smashed in the middle of a donut, Blue Vanilla Drizzle, Confetti Sprinkles and Little Debbie Birthday Cake crumbled on top. They were quite the desserts and worth a try!
Burnin’ Mouth, Meridian
This new Nashville Hot Chicken restaurant in Meridian will spark your taste buds! Bringing their famous Coo Coo sandwich to Idaho, spicy Nashville chicken on a brioche bun, topped with coleslaw, crispy onion, pickles, comeback sauce & fries. They are a great place to get a taste of the South.
Greens Market, Boise
Taking over the Parkside Market in Downtown Boise, Greens Market serves freshly made sandwiches made with high quality ingredients. The perfect place to stop for lunch during the work week for a healthy and hearty meal or a quick snack to go!
Whale Tea, Boise
This new tea shop offers so many different types of tea and boba options. Right next to Boise State, this is a great place for students to study and get some tasty drinks. If you’re craving some boba milk tea, this is the place for you.
Holy Cow, New Eagle Location
We already are so obsessed with the location in Nampa and now we are getting it in Eagle! They are a popular craft burger and beer joint whose goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients. Worth visiting for a tasty meal.
