Happy National Popcorn Day! Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks to enjoy whether I’m on the go or watching a movie! The best way to celebrate this delicious holiday is to give you some popcorn recipes to enjoy next time you go make popcorn!
Nacho Popcorn
Prep/Total Time: 10 min
Cook popcorn to your liking and in a large bowl combine:
- 5 quarts popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce

Tex-Mex Popcorn
Prep/Total Time: 15 min
Cook popcorn to your liking and in a large bowl combined:
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Refrigerated butter-flavored spray
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika

Striped Chocolate Popcorn
Prep: 15 min. + standing
Cook popcorn to your liking and in a large bowl combined:
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups miniature pretzels
- 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 ounces white candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 2 ounces milk chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped

Buffalo Ranch Popcorn
Prep/Total Time: 10 min
Cook popcorn to your liking and in a large bowl combined:
- 16 cups popped popcorn
- 3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing mix
- Additional cayenne pepper to taste
