SPREAD the Love on National Bagel Day

Fresh out of the oven, from the toaster, cold, with a spread, or in a sandwich, we love bagels!
There are many stories on how the bagel was really created but we know they have been around since the mid 16th century and made their way to the US in the 19th Century. Bagels have become important enough to us that they have their own National Day on January 15th! Originally the date was February 9th but that interfered with National Pizza day and you know we can’t have that. To show our appreciation for this delicious food, here are some local recommendations that you can try on National Bagel Day!
Blue Sky Bagels
They have 4 locations in the Treasure Valley. one located in Garden City, two in Boise, and one in Meridian. They carry a variety of homemade bagels and delicious cream cheeses. If you haven’t tried Blue Sky Bagels yet, you definitely need to head over there!
Alia’s Coffeehouse
If you’re looking for a cozy cafe, this is your place! Located in Downtown Boise, Alia’s Coffeehouse offers New York-style bagels and a down-to-earth vibe. Not to mention their coffee is also spectacular!
Sarah’s Bagels
Located in Nampa, Meridian, Boise Sarah’s Bagels is another local favorite in the Treasure Valley! They have a variety of bagels, sandwiches, and coffee too! You definitely won’t go wrong if you go here.
